The successful candidate will also be tasked with leading organizational development initiatives, succession planning, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. A Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred, along with at least 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience. The role demands a proven track record in negotiating employee benefits, experience in team building, and strong analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making. The CPO will be expected to empower front-line managers, oversee employee relations, and ensure a human-centered approach to all people strategies.
