This full-time day shift position offers a dynamic opportunity to empower frontline caregivers and elevate patient care outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate education programs that enhance nursing practice and clinical performance
- Serve as a mentor, consultant, and change agent to support nurses' ongoing professional growth
- Lead orientation, competency training, and continuing education using adult learning principles
- Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to advance evidence-based care and quality improvement initiatives
