CPC Processor

A company is looking for a CPC Processor. Key Responsibilities Answer and conduct business on the telephone while providing excellent customer service Review, research, resolve, and respond to inquiries received via telephone, email, or written correspondence Document all calls, inquiries, and resolutions in detail within the software systems Required Qualifications and Education High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution Experience with a multi-line phone system is required Computer proficiency, particularly in MS-Office at an intermediate / advanced level Experience in data entry, medical records, healthcare, or insurance claims processing is beneficial Ability to pass a 90-day ROI Certification course with a score of 85% or higher
