Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain familiarity with FDA, EU, and other guidelines to ensure documents meet regulatory requirements.
  • Represent the editorial group in medical writing, study teams, and cross-departmental projects.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets; update relevant stakeholders if deliverables are at risk.
  • Provide technical support, conduct training, and mentor medical editing staff. Advise on quality review and standards.
  • Lead complex and large medical writing projects, organize meetings, and ensure information dissemination.
  • Contribute to the medical writing team and provide feedback on editorial progress.
  • Copyedit documents following AMA Manual of Style or other guidelines, ensuring grammatical and stylistic accuracy.
  • Perform quality reviews of documents for accuracy.
  • Assist in developing process improvements and updating internal policies.
  • Manage projects according to SOPs and client standards, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • May compile medical writing deliverables.

    Salary Range : $62,000.00 - $108,600.00

    The actual salary depends on qualifications, skills, and experience.
