Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team, specializing in the production of custom indoor and outdoor furniture, as well as bike racks. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining various machinery including the Marvel Saw, Punch Press, and Hydraulic Press, while adhering to established procedures and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain the Marvel Saw, Punch Press, Hydraulic Press, and other machinery.
• Ensure all operations adhere to safety guidelines.
• Work with mild steel and perform multiple runs and jobs in a job shop environment.
• Program machines as required.

Work Environment

Work in a clean and organized shop with 75 employees, including office staff. The facility operates on a 1st shift from 6am to 3pm, with voluntary overtime available. Dress code is casual, reflecting the relaxed work environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $50000.00 / yr.

All OT is voluntary
