About the Team and the Role

eBay Live is redefining the shopping experience by bringing real-time interactive and curated live events to buyers worldwide. From collectibles and fashion to luxury goods and sports memorabilia were connecting communities with sellers and creators through innovative engaging live programming. As a Live Shopping Production Coordinator Producer you will be responsible for executing and optimizing live shopping events ensuring seamless production seller collaboration and audience engagement. This role reports to the eBay Live leadership team and works closely with cross-functional teams including marketing product and data science.

What You Will Accomplish

Support and oversee the end-to-end production of eBay Live shopping events ensuring seamless execution and engaging viewer experiences.

Support in creation of processes playbooks and cross functional shareouts regarding Live programming.

Manage live video and audio production including RTMP streaming operations involving OBS Studio HDMI / SDI / NDI camera operations and the native eBay Live Platform. networking and RTMP streaming setups.

Collaborate with category managers sellers and hosts to curate compelling live shopping events aligned with eBays e-commerce goals.

Track and analyze key performance metrics such as GMV viewer engagement returning buyers and event saves to optimize event strategies.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency scalability and quality of eBay Live events.

Work with marketing teams to develop pre-show promotions push notifications and event branding to improve reach and audience engagement.

What You Will Bring

5 years of experience in live video production event management or e-commerce content production.

Strong understanding of live streaming technologies including video switching OBS Studio RTMP setups and NDI networking.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with sellers hosts and cross-functional teams.

Proven ability to manage multiple live productions defining scope timelines budgets and deliverables.

Experience analyzing performance metrics and using data-driven insights to refine live shopping formats and improve user experience.

Passion for live commerce digital media and delivering engaging and innovative shopping experiences.

The applicable base pay range for this position is dependent on work location. The base pay range inthe San Francisco Bay Area New York City Metro and Seattle Metro is expected in the range below :

$132000 - $176200

The base pay range for all other U.S. work locations is expected in the range below :

$90400 - $157000

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including location skills and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical financial and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
