Project Manager For Data Center Network Infrastructure Construction
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager focused on network infrastructure / security construction! This position will apply their experience and technical expertise to lead complex projects with numerous cross-functional teams. This candidate will plan requirements with internal customers and external partners to guide projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes working with customers to develop project scopes, leading project schedules and cost, identifying risks and clearly presenting goals to project collaborators. These project teams can span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and it's your job to report on and keep all the partners coordinated and advised on the project's progress and schedule! This candidate will be responsible for resolving highly critical issues within matrix organization while maintaining detailed adherence to project timelines and costs.

What You'll Need
3-5 years of solid experience with a focus on construction project / program management. Construction project / program management experience. Fiber optic systems and low voltage telecom / security, preferably in the data center environment, is helpful but not required. Previous data center experience is helpful but can substitute with experience in similar critical environments where work involves impact to core functionalities and is governed with a formal change control process. Experience handling vendor relationships and understanding of standard practices in the design and construction industry, including knowledge of fast track design build processes. Demonstrated skills in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling and achieving objectives on schedule, and within budget. BICSI, RCDD, RTPM, PMP, or similar industry certifications are highly desired.
