A company is looking for a Digital Analytics & Experimentation Manager. Key Responsibilities Plan, design, and execute A / B and multivariate tests across digital store platforms Oversee the full experiment lifecycle, including hypothesis creation, setup, execution, monitoring, analysis, and reporting Manage a portfolio of experiments, ensuring alignment with long-term strategy and roadmaps Required Qualifications 5-7+ years of experience in experimentation, A / B testing, or conversion rate optimization (CRO) Strong background in online / digital UX and eCommerce best practices Hands-on experience with A / B testing platforms and toolkits (e.g., Adobe Target, Optimizely) Proven expertise with Adobe Analytics and proficiency in Power BI Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders across marketing, product, design, and engineering
