ROLE IMPACT
This role ensures seamless administrative operations for senior leadership by coordinating schedules, travel, and high-level communications. Success is measured by the ability to proactively manage executive needs and support internal and external engagements with professionalism and efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and reservations for senior executivesOrganize and support executive meetings, including multi-party scheduling and logisticsPrepare, edit, and format business presentations, letters, memos, and mass communicationsGreet clients and visitors with professionalism in the executive officeMaintain confidentiality and prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience supporting senior-level executives in an administrative roleStrong organizational, time-management, and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office productivity toolsFlexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and business needsCORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
