We are looking for experienced NPs or PAs to provide Occ Med / Urgent Care coverage in the Chicagoland area.

DETAILS :

Walk in Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine

Shift openings : 2 / 6 / 23-4 / 28 / 23 possibly extending

Various shifts within the Chicagoland area - will float to all centers and shift times as needed.

EMR : Allscripts

REQUIREMENTS :

Must have DOT Certification

BLS Certification

IL License and DEA required

1 year of experience with Occ Med / Urgent Care
