As a Logistics Coordinator you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth accurate and high-quality fulfillment operations for PERGOLUX customers across North America. As a premium outdoor-living brand inspired by Scandinavian design were committed to delivering an exceptional experience from purchase to delivery and youll be at the center of that success. If youre detail-oriented hands-on and excited to grow within a dynamic international environment this role puts you right where the action happens.

What Youll Do

  • Coordinate daily outbound flows including printing pick slips finalizing WMS logic and assigning pick teams.
  • Oversee palletizing strapping outbound QC and conduct final truck-loading quality checks.
  • Print and apply shipping labels schedule 3PL pickups and ensure secure on-time shipments.
  • Enter tracking information in Shopify manage automated shipping communications and monitor fulfillment accuracy.
  • Conduct QC on returns process rebox / repair items restock inventory and support improvements to the returns workflow.

What Youll Bring

  • 35 years of experience in logistics coordination warehouse operations or a related field.
  • Strong computer skills including WMS proficiency spreadsheets and professional communication tools.
  • Experience with warehouse workflows quality control and hands-on operational processes.
  • Excellent communication organizational and time-management skills.
  • A proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently while closely supporting the Warehouse Manager.
