Requirements

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING :

• Valid Business License, LLC or Inc
• Worker's Compensation Insurance
• General Liability Insurance and Non Owned Auto
• Federal EIN #
• Verifiable references
• 18 years of age minimum
• You can not be a sole proprietor
