Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement cutting-edge product features that enhance remote development capabilities in self-hosted environments.
• Develop and enhance popular open-source projects that integrate with tools like VS Code and JetBrains.
• Promote best practices among team members and external collaborators.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams at Coder, along with partners such as JetBrains, to ensure successful product integration.
• Create comprehensive documentation for system design, implementation, and operations to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
• Work closely with Customer Success teams to provide support for Coder's enterprise user base.
• Leverage cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance developer experiences.
• Rapidly prototype and implement solutions in an agile and responsive team environment.
