Locums - A well-renowned facility is seeking a Thoracic Surgeon for 24-hour call coverage in Richmond, Virginia.

  • Board Certified Thoracic Surgeon
  • Jan 16th 5pm - Jan 19 7am and Feb 6th 5p - Feb 9 7a
  • 24 hr call coverage
  • Required procedures include bronchoscopy, robot-assisted and video-assisted thoracic surgery, EBUS, EUS, tube thoracostomy, tracheostomy, pericardial window, thoracic aortic aneurysms, mediastinoscopy, segmentectomy, lobectomy, bilobectomy, pneumonectomy etc.
  • Adult and geriatric patient population
  • Average number of cases per day approximately : 2-3
  • Local candidate preferred
  • EMR EPIC
  • Active VA license, DEA, ACLS, and BLS required
  • Flat rate per 24 hr shift, mileage and malpractice provided
