About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for FP&A and Strategic Finance to join their North American executive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all financial planning activities for the North American portfolio, which is a significant part of the global business. This role demands a strategic leader with a deep understanding of financial management, particularly in the context of a high-growth tech, SaaS, or data platform environment. The SVP will be a key partner to the regional CEO, CFO, and other finance leaders, driving financial strategy that aligns with global growth priorities and capital allocation. They will also be involved in evaluating strategic investments, partnerships, and M&A opportunities, and will represent North America in global finance discussions. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in FP&A or related financial leadership roles, with a strong preference for those who have led finance functions in a publicly traded company with global operations. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in financial modeling, analytics, and enterprise performance management, as well as the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and communicate effectively with executive audiences. A background in leading finance teams and driving strategic transformation in complex environments is essential. The ideal candidate will hold an advanced degree such as an MBA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent, and will be adept at ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements.
