But opening a new campus requires formal clearance. Licenses, regulatory filings, and permits must be secured accurately and on time. That's your mandate. You'll identify what's needed, sequence submissions correctly, and ensure approvals arrive when required. You'll leverage AI and automation systems, but you'll also make direct contact, coordinate contractors, and resolve situations automation alone cannot address.

This position suits someone energized by complexity and time pressure. You'll operate within a fast-moving organization backed by significant resources and support, where velocity is expected and quality is mandatory. You'll deploy AI to accelerate regulatory processes, reduce permitting cycles, and deliver results—not just documentation. What You Will Be Doing

• Orchestrating collaboration between architects, contractors, and legal counsel to obtain all necessary construction and operational permits.
• Steering municipal permitting and inspection workflows across multiple jurisdictions—shortening cycles and removing obstacles.
• Assembling and filing comprehensive approval packages : permits, applications, compliance submissions, inspection records.
• Tracking progress and compliance exposure across all active projects—maintaining full transparency with no unexpected delays.
• Traveling to project sites (~75%) to engage directly with local authorities, inspectors, and service providers to maintain momentum.

Working with us

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD / hour, which equates to $200,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
