Duties

• Plans and conducts work that involves using judgment to independently evaluate, select, adapt and modify standard techniques, procedures and criteria.
• Independently performs most assignments with the instructions of the general results expected.
• Complete understanding of Plan Production / Project Work Flow.
• Plans, schedules, conducts and / or coordinates detailed phases of the professional work in a part of a major project or in a total project of moderate scope.
• Acute awareness of schedules, deadlines and manhours required to complete projects and tasks.
• Responsible for training interns and EIT’s.
• Expected to delegate tasks and review the work of others
