The Company is in search of a visionary Operations Strategy Leader to drive the development and execution of a comprehensive operations transformation roadmap. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading initiatives that leverage artificial intelligence, process reengineering, and automation to revolutionize operational processes. This pivotal role involves strategic planning, execution, and optimization of a multi-lever portfolio of solutions, with a focus on AI integration to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery. The role also includes leading change management efforts, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring the successful adoption of new AI technologies and processes across the organization.
Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years' of experience in operations leadership, strategy, or consulting, with a significant focus on AI-driven transformation. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of operational excellence, a strong background in AI strategy and implementation, and a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation that drives revenue growth and improves the employee and customer experience. Expertise in AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and agentic AI, is essential. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, as well as experience with Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
