Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Occupational Therapist position is available in a K-12 school setting located in Waco, TX, providing comprehensive OT services tailored to students' needs. This contract role spans the entire school year and focuses on delivering specialized therapy in educational environments, with support from two onsite Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).

Key responsibilities include :

• Delivering occupational therapy services to K-12 students with diverse needs
• Collaborating with educators and support staff to design and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions accordingly
• Providing therapy in compliance with school policies and healthcare regulations
• Documenting therapy services and maintaining accurate student records

Desired qualifications and experience :

This position offers a structured schedule with approximately 40 hours per week, supporting students developmental and educational progress through focused occupational therapy services. The candidate will be replacing a previous therapist, ensuring continuity of care within this contract assignment.
