Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for December 8, 10, 12, 15, 17, & 19 at their Corporate Health clinic in Modesto, CA. Provider will see ages 3+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and light occupational health Hours are Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 8 : 00am-6 : 00pm with a 60-minute lunch break. Duties would include pre-employment physicals, DOT physicals, and work injury evaluation and treatment as needed. Provider must be Board Certified and have 2+ years of clinical experience to be considered for this assignment. DOT certification and Occupational Medicine experience is preferred, but not required.
