Operations Manager - A1

POSITION SUMMARY :

We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager for A-1 Distributing who will support the business’ goals and objectives by identifying deficiencies and opportunities within the business, and then developing and implementing best practices to promote greater company-wide.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES :

• Oversee daily financial operations, including receiving checks, processing credit cards, and managing past-due collections.
• Enter invoices against GRNs in Auto Parts and match credits to RTs as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams (parts warehouse sand sales) to assist with month-end duties.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in coordination with the sales team.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies or issues in timely manner.
• Perform additional operational tasks as assigned to support overall business efficiency.
