About the Role
We are seeking a Human Resources and Business Operations Assistant to provide vital administrative and operational support across our organization. This position works closely with the Director of Human Resources President and other members of the leadership team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented proactive professional who enjoys variety thrives in a collaborative environment and values confidentiality. The successful candidate will contribute to Human Resources and payroll processes business operations and executive support while helping maintain an efficient and positive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support
- Assist with recruitment efforts including job postings scheduling interviews and coordinating onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
- Support employee engagement benefits administration training coordination and performance review processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws company policies and HR best practices.
- Prepare HR reports and assist with data tracking as needed.
- Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned.
Business & Financial Operations Support
Provide administrative and project assistance for the Safety program.Support the CFO and Controller with data entry reporting and document management.Schedule meetings prepare agendas take minutes and track follow-up items.Assist with expense reporting invoice processing and budget tracking.Support cross-departmental projects including audits vendor coordination and business planning.Executive & General Administrative Support
Coordinate calendars meetings and travel for executive leadership and the President.Draft correspondence reports and presentations.Maintain organized filing systems (both electronic and physical).Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Qualifications
2 years of experience in Human Resources business operations and administrative support (dual-role experience a plus).Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook); experience with CDK and Paycom a plus.Demonstrated professionalism integrity and reliability.Core Competencies
