The ideal candidate will have executive-level leadership experience, a strong background in fundraising and resource development, and a proven ability to build partnerships across sectors. They should be adept at strategic thinking, have a strong track record of delivering measurable outcomes, and possess excellent presentation and communication skills. A passion for the mission, integrity, and a self-directed, adaptive leadership style are essential. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree preferred.
