Salary : 65,000-85,000
This role will lead all of LASCs Monitoring and Evaluation working throughout the St. Louis and international Partners.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Review the current measurements LASC has in place to confirm accuracy of all measurements and results carried out by LASC or provided by our Partners
- Work with LASC Partners to identify key outcomes LASC wants to have in place for common income generating projects such as coffee and poultry
- Standardize baseline data collection to ensure continuity across projects
- Working with program officers to track and monitor key performance indicators (KPI), conduct assessments and to evaluate results of projects to determine if the project was successful
- Conduct data analysis of reported results around similar projects to identify best practices and cost ranges and report the information to our Partners and LASC Leadership
- Focus on assessments and evaluating data from projects and reporting it
- Assure that all measurements and evaluation (M&E) carried out by our Partners is consistent with the approach of LASC, and if not, be able to identify the differences and seek alignment
- Provide Partner support to ensure meaningful goals and outcomes are identified and tracked throughout the scope of the project
- Establish protocols for communicating and agreement with all our Partners on the measurements to be utilized for collection methods. Confirm who is responsible for collection and reporting with every project
- Confirm accuracy of results reported by a Grantee in the final report of a project
- Knowledge of indicator development and results based management
- Provide M&E support to Principal and Implementing Partners
Additional Expectations :
Candidate will reside in St. Louis, MO region and work out of the Chesterfield, MO officeThe LASC team members work together predominantly from our office, remote work exceptions are occasional or as neededUnderstands the role of LASC and philanthropic organizations as a supportive and long-term relationship with its PartnersAssist the President and Executive Director of the foundation as requested and perform additional duties as necessaryQualifications :
Bachelors degree required : Statistics or analytic degree preferred3-5 years prior work in M&E experience is preferred with a strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methodologies3-5 years designing M&E plans and frameworks3-5 years data analytics experienceExperience with data collection tools and techniquesAbility to present data and findings to LASC Leadership team and PartnersStrong Communication skills both written and verbalAdvance level competency in ExcelPower BI experience or Tableau experience is preferredExcellent computer skills, including Excel spreadsheet proficiencyPersonal Characteristics :
