As a Service Porter / Lot Attendant, you'll gain valuable experience and insight into the daily operations of both the dealership and service department.
Service Porter / Lot Attendant Job Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle lot and service areas.
- Wash and fuel service vehicles when needed.
- Assist with parking vehicles and organization of lot
- Help techs and service employees in back shop (organization, lifting heavy items, breaking down cardboard, etc).
- Light janitorial and maintenance responsibilities
- Run errands for service when needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager or other dealership personnel.

Service Lot Porter / Lot Attendant Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.High school diploma or equivalent.Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving items up to 100 pounds intermittently and 25 pounds regularly.Corporate Hiring Requirements : Must be 18 years or older, have a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing.
