The Position :

The Associate Advisor plays a key role in delivering a seamless and personable client experience through proactive communication, accurate execution of financial planning tasks, and smooth coordination of client services. This role requires a professional who is detail-oriented, organized, and genuinely engaging-someone who builds trust and rapport over the phone and ensures clients feel supported at every step.

Position Responsibilities :

• Partner with senior advisors to manage client relationships.
• Collect and review client-submitted financial documents and statements.
• Organize and input financial data into proprietary financial plan.
• Analyze client information to identify planning opportunities and draft initial recommendations.
• Participate in client meetings as part of the advisory team.
• Guide clients through account transitions and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for coordination of services (insurance, estate, tax, etc.).
• Prepare and process new account paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Track outstanding items and follow up promptly to complete all requirements.
• Manage incoming client requests and respond to client inquiries.
• Perform other advisory services, as required.
