Administrative Assistant- Pediatric Therapy Clinic

Established in 2002 Childrens Therapy Services is locally owned located in Overland Park Kansas and now in Mission Kansas. Childrens Therapy Services has provided speech and language therapy occupational therapy developmental and behavioral therapy sensory therapy social skills instruction early reading skills dyslexia intervention parent education and Autism and ADHD evaluations to thousands of families in the Kansas City Metro.

Our mission is to maximize the potential of children by providing individualized family-centered education and intervention services.

Childrens Therapy Services is looking for a full time office administration assistant

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Assisting clinic directors with tasks needed to help clinics run efficiently
• Helping with our front desk staff as needed - subbing in if one receptionist is absent (answering calls / taking payment)
• Creating and delivering marketing materials to providers in the area creating positive relationships with referral sources
• Attending community events to promote CTS
• Sending birthday cards to families
• Sending and receiving evaluations for our Autism / ADHD clinic
• Organization of clinics
• Helping therapists as needed with materials and clients

This position is full time in person Monday- Thurs 8-5 and Friday 8-12 with opportunity to flex hours to night / weekend if community event occurs. This position would have a main location at our Overland Park office but may go to our Mission office as needed.

Starting rate is $19 per hour with benefits available.
