o Minimum of five (5) years recent RN experience

o Previous Case Management or Utilization Management Experience required.

o Previous experience with screening criteria Cerner, InterQual, and MCG required.

Education :

o Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing. BSN graduate preferred.

o Minimum of five (5) years recent experience in clinical nursing or related nursing field. (e.g. Utilization Review or Case Management)

o Previous Care Management, Case Management or Utilization Management Experience

o Current licensure by Ohio State Board of Nursing.

o ACM / CCM Certification
