Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead industrial and warehouse construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional with a proven ability to deliver complex, large-scale builds safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate excels at coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing diverse project teams, and maintaining strict control over cost, schedule, quality, and safety.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage multiple industrial and warehouse construction projects from early planning through turnover.
- Develop, track, and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, cost controls, and forecasting to ensure targets are consistently achieved.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams to maintain alignment and ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and enforce safety standards, building code compliance, and company policies.
- Identify risks, evaluate impacts, and implement proactive mitigation strategies to avoid delays and cost overruns.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation including progress reports, meeting minutes, change orders, and milestone tracking.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams while fostering a collaborative, safety-driven culture.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager overseeing industrial or warehouse construction projects.Strong understanding of construction methods, structural systems, materials, and regulatory requirements for industrial facilities.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while upholding quality, safety, and performance standards.Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Proficiency with project management platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
