Senior Sourcing Analyst

Job Description

Connexa Search Group is looking for a Senior Sourcing Analyst for an established and profitable manufacturer. As the Senior Sourcing Analyst you will be responsible for :

• Strategic Sourcing : Proactively identify and onboard raw material and packaging suppliers that align with company objectives and enhance customer value.
• Supplier Performance Management : Continuously evaluate and monitor suppliers on quality, cost, delivery, and risk, partnering with internal and external teams to ensure reliability.
• Contract Negotiation : Drive negotiations that secure favorable terms, strengthen long-term partnerships, and maximize value across the supply chain.
• Issue Resolution : Serve as the point of coordination for supplier disputes, collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve challenges quickly and effectively.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with finance, procurement, engineering, R&D, and quality teams to align supplier strategies with organizational needs and innovation goals.

Requirements :

2+ years of buying or sourcing experience

Bachelor's degree
