Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of legal technology and operations experience, with a proven track record of partnering with senior legal leaders. The role demands a leader with a history of trusted collaboration with IT and R&D teams, deep experience in generative AI solutions for legal practice, and a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, data management, and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A service-oriented, professional approach with a focus on building trusted relationships is essential, as is a demonstrated interest in technology and a technical degree.
