Were looking for a Creative Strategy Lead to own the way we show up in the world. This role is about taking our ads, campaigns, affiliate briefs, and product launches and making them sharper, bigger, and more creative. Youll be the one connecting the dots from shaping the copy and hooks for ad creatives, to crafting weekly affiliate briefs, to ensuring every product launch feels like a moment. Youll be working very closely with the cofounder and a small but tight team of go-getters, so were looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

What Youll Do

• Own the copywriting and creative direction for ads : develop killer hooks, messaging, and campaign concepts that drive performance.
• Hand off creative direction to the design team each week, ensuring they have clear briefs and priorities for ad content to produce.
• Do the same for video content work with editors to guide direction, copy, and hooks, ensuring everything is aligned with campaign goals.
• Work closely with our performance agency to understand whats working, whats not, and whats needed then deliver them fresh, high-quality creative each week.
• Create weekly affiliate briefs tied to our marketing calendar, giving affiliates content ideas, hooks, and messaging support.
• Build bold campaign concepts for product launches that cut across all channels : affiliates, ads, email, retail partners, and PR.
• Work with cross-functional teams (influencer, content, performance marketing, product) to make sure messaging and creative are aligned.
• Keep us ahead of trends bring new creative ideas from the market, affiliates, and platforms like TikTok / Meta into our campaigns.
• Help raise the bar on every launch and campaign from planning to creative execution so they feel coordinated, impactful, and unmissable.
