Tax Administrative Assistant

Real Estate Industry Leader, located in Buckhead is searching for a Corporate Tax Administrative Assistant to join their team.

This position is Temp-To-Perm (The company offers an outstanding benefits package after being hired on a permanent basis).

The Tax Administrative Assistant will be primarily responsible for the following :

• Print / organize / assemble tax returns completed by the Tax Department File / mail tax returns Prepare any tax return certified mailings etc… Maintain tax department files Maintain tax deadline calendar Various other administrative duties as needed for tax department The position will require strong organizational and good time management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills and outstanding follow up skills.
