We’re now expanding our video team and looking for a talented Long Form Video Editor who can transform raw footage into captivating, story-driven content for YouTube and other digital platforms.

The Role As our Long Form Video Editor, you’ll be responsible for editing documentary, vlog, and unscripted-style videos in a premium, YouTube-first style.

You’ll work closely with our creative team to develop engaging narratives, refine pacing and flow, and ensure the final product resonates with audiences.

• Craft compelling narratives using interviews, b-roll, and voiceovers.
• Maintain consistent pacing, tone, and visual style in line with project goals.
• Collaborate with producers, creative strategists, and other editors to deliver on creative vision.
• Implement client and internal feedback efficiently while maintaining quality.
• Organize and manage project files for efficient workflow.
• Stay up-to-date with editing trends and storytelling techniques in long form digital content.
