MEMCO is hiring a Sales Representative in the Norcross area!

Full-Time & Long-Term

Schedule : M-F 9a-5p

Pay : $300-$400 / weekly; BOE + Commission ($50k OTE)

Job Overview :

We are looking for a highly motivated Bilingual Sales Representative. The Sales Representative drives revenue by selling the company's low voltage, security and networking solutions to commercial and institutional clients. They will require a blend of technical abilities, consultative selling skills , and strong client relationship building.

Responsibilities :

• Meet sales goals and performance targets
• Promote and explain the company's products and services
• Identify and prospect new clients
• Conduct daily prospect visits to understand needs, propose personalized solutions
• Maintain and update client database and CRM
• Collaborate with Operations and Administrative teams to ensure timely installation and client support
• Monitor market trends and provide valuable market feedback to management for strategic commercial adjustments
• Generate proposals and actively follow up on prospective sales to closure
