Location : Minneapolis

Pega Developer with 7+ years of experience in Pega PRPC to join our Case and Workflow Management Scrum Team. This role is focused on building a new workflow tool for the WIM Financial Advisor Referrals Program, aimed at reducing manual work, improving collaboration, and streamlining record-keeping. Key responsibilities include :

  • Developing and implementing Pega PRPC solutions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and design workflows
  • Ensuring the efficient operation of the new workflow tool
  • Participating in the continuous improvement of the referral program processes

Requirements :

  • 7+ years of experience with Pega PRPC
  • Strong understanding of case and workflow management
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
