Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Minimum of 18 months recent permanent Med / Surg Telemetry experience. MUST HAVE permanent Ohio license or compact state in hand. AHA BLS & ACLS certifications required.
