JOB SUMMARY :
Manage daily operations of sites within assigned territory to ensure delivery of high-quality service to clients. Responsible for client and employee retention, crew productivity, and workplace safety.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Landscape Architecture or Horticulture preferred
- Equivalent work experience

Serve as client point-of-contact for day-to-day site issues, and expeditiously and proactively identify, address, and resolve client needsConduct walkthroughs with client and other company representative as appropriateSchedule, assign, and direct field production staff to ensure all services are performed according to contract specifications, on budget, according to schedule and with a high standard of qualityEffectively communicate with production teams the tasks necessary to provide a consistent, high quality product for clientsEffectively assess labor needs and execute labor plan by hiring or terminating employees as neededDemonstrate strong leadership skills; develop morale and recognize employee achievements; foster opportunities for professional development of employeesReview and approve timecards for accurate and timely submission to payrollAnalyze and understand cost reports and budget variances related to contract projectsRoutinely monitor sites for quality, assess opportunities for potential maintenance, irrigation, and enhancement upgrades and repairsCollaborate with Service & Operations Support to propose, track, and resolve minor enhancement projects to current clients, including final review and approval before communicating to clientWork closely with Project Manager on A / B client communication and expectations, including site information and capital or large-scale projectsMeet or exceed annual sales goalsEnsure safety on every site by conducting and enforcing safety training and meetings, as well as consistently monitor job sites for potential safety hazardsResponsible for creating contemporaneous, prompt, and thorough documentation of all coaching, conversations, counseling, and performance management discussions with employees.Constantly promote and encourage adherence to company policies and best practicesTraining, planning, assigning and directing workConflict resolutionRecommending potential clients to business development team, based on current relationshipsOther duties as assignedTotal Rewards

Please note that the salary information shown below is provided in compliance with state specific laws. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations, and therefore may be different in other locations or operating divisions.
Pay range : $77,985- $85,000 + significant incentive pay
