Your New Role

Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate heating and cooling needs

Educate clients on HVAC options and create customized proposals

Manage the full sales process : proposals, change orders, and follow-up communication

Self-generate leads while also working company-provided opportunities

Oversee job sites as needed to ensure customer satisfaction

Perform Manual J and D calculations, ensure compliance with codes, and submit rebate / warranty information

Represent Silver Spur Air, Heating & Plumbing across Fort Worth, TX, and the North Texas service area with professionalism and energy

High school diploma or equivalent

1-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (HVAC experience a plus)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated with a competitive mindset

Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and walking customers through proposals

Ability to perform Manual J and D calculations and ensure code compliance

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, Monday through Sunday
