Lead Video Editor / Storyteller for YouTube Documentary

We're creating a high impact, emotionally charged 25–30 minute documentary-style YouTube video that blends cultural storytelling, gaming nostalgia, crypto rebellion, & community empowerment

But this isn't a retrospective story piece. It’s a live, ongoing story with emotional urgency, betrayal, corporate greed, and a powerful grassroots movement fighting back.

We're seeking a highly skilled video editor who can also serve as the narrative driver. You'll be editing existing footage (stream clips, old gaming footage, Zoom interviews, B-roll), crafting pacing, emotion, & impact.

What we're looking for :

Strong editing background (Premiere Pro + After Effects required)

Clear storytelling instincts

Ability to build tension, evoke emotion, and shape a compelling narrative

Experience with YouTube documentaries or short-form films a huge plus

Clear communicator, open to collaboration and creative direction

This is a Remote position btw)
