What Youll Do : As the Clinic Operations Manager, youll lead a team of clinical professionals who are on the front lines of workplace health and safety. Youll collaborate with leadership to align your teams efforts with company goals, providing clear direction and support along the way. Your day-to-day will include coaching team members, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, and helping your team deliver exceptional service. Youll work closely with our Director of Training to build learning programs that strengthen your teams knowledge and confidence. Through thoughtful planning and communication, youll create systems that help your team stay focused, efficient, and ready to meet the needs of our clients.
