Fund Finance | Credit Origination Associate

Seeking a highly motivated Fund Finance | Credit Origination Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in fund finance (preferred) or broader credit origination, with a strong understanding of lending structures, credit analysis, and investment execution. This role will focus on supporting the origination, structuring, and execution of credit facilities and strategic advisory initiatives for alternative investment managers and institutional investors.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or CFA designation a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in fund finance, leveraged finance, structured credit, or related credit origination functions.
• Strong understanding of alternative investment structures and fund financing products.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, credit analysis, and valuation techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex transactions and communicate findings effectively.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This role will sit HYBRID out of the New York, NY office.
