About the Role

As a Technology Operations Analyst, you’ll support initiatives that drive operational efficiency and reliability across our technology infrastructure. You’ll work on low to moderately complex projects, analyze operational challenges, and contribute to process improvements. This role requires a strong foundation in technical troubleshooting, systems analysis, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to initiatives focused on improving Technology Operations processes and workflows.
• Analyze and resolve basic to moderately complex operational issues, applying research and evaluation to identify effective solutions.
• Present recommendations to stakeholders and exercise independent judgment within defined policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with operational standards and requirements.
• Provide technical support and information to Technology Operations personnel.
