You will be involved in the overall operation of the restaurant, from hiring and overseeing team members to ensuring exceptional guest service and financial results.

Management responsibilities include :

• Early morning availability is a must!
• 7-day-a-week availability determined by business needs
• 6-day work week
• Knowledge and ability to work all positions in a restaurant
• Lead team meetings, along with Restaurant Manager
• Oversee Training Programs, train, validate, and certify your team
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed
• Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
• Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement
• Communicates restaurant priorities, goals, and results to restaurant team members
• Execute new product rollouts including training, marketing, and sampling
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment enforcing food safety, sanitation, and complying with all applicable laws
• Control costs to help maximize profitability
• Ensuring all shifts are staffed to meet guest demand and service standards
• Completion of supplier and vendor orders
• Conduct assessments and corresponding action plans
• Ensure restaurant budget is met
• Manages cash over / short and ensures team members are following cash management policies
