Senior Manager, Hospitality Finance

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Hospitality FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

Support the financial budgeting & planning process for the hospitality portfolio, emphasizing value creation

Provide performance insights and guidance to drive strategic business initiatives for the hospitality leadership team

Synthesize and communicate key financial insights to operational leaders and hospitality executives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an analytical discipline such as Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics

Minimum of 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with preferred experience in managing direct reports

Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information and develop insights

Deep curiosity and passion for understanding and analyzing financial results

Completion of a case study is required for candidates advancing to the final interview round
