We are looking for a Travel Booking Coordinator to support clients throughout their vacation planning and booking process. In this role, you will manage reservations, answer client inquiries, coordinate travel details, and ensure each client enjoys a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms in a timely, professional manner.
- Assist clients with travel planning, bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and special accommodation requests.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding destinations, travel requirements, and agency procedures.
- Maintain organized client records and ensure clear communication throughout the planning and booking process.
- Follow up with clients prior to travel and after their trip to confirm details and gather feedback.
- Resolve concerns with empathy, patience, and effective problem-solving.
