As our Chief of Staff, you'll serve as an extension of the CEOhelping to prioritize initiatives, prepare for key decisions, streamline communication across the leadership team, and ensure alignment between strategy and execution. You will have a unique vantage point across the business, working closely with the executive team, Board of Directors, and external partners. Your work in this role will help drive our mission and get our transformative therapy to patients in need.

The base salary range for this position is $160,000 - $230,000 per year. Where a candidate falls within that range is determined by factors such as years of experience. Our compensation package also includes an annual bonus based on company goals and an equity (RSU) grant. We do offer relocation assistance for roles if required.
