We’re looking for a Senior CRM Specialist to help drive customer loyalty, retention, and engagement through data-driven marketing initiatives. In this role, you’ll execute and optimize CRM campaigns across multiple channels, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the continued growth of a customer-first marketing strategy.
What You’ll Do :
Manage and execute CRM campaigns focused on acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
Coordinate promotional planning, calendar management, and campaign performance reporting.
Work with teams across Digital, Creative, Brand, and eCommerce to bring campaigns to life.
Leverage CDPs and ESPs to build, automate, and segment audiences effectively.
Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities to improve CRM performance.
What You Bring :
2–4 years of CRM or database marketing experience, ideally in a retail environment.
Hands-on experience with customer data platforms, email service providers, and BI tools.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Comfort analyzing marketing performance and sharing actionable insights.
