A company is looking for a Sr Salesforce Developer to support federal civilian agencies. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Salesforce Lightning components and custom LWC using Apex and JavaScript Oversee the end-to-end architecture of the Salesforce Platform and integrations, ensuring best practices are followed Collaborate with team members to gather requirements, mentor junior developers, and lead the complete development process Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience Valid Salesforce Platform Developer I and II Certifications 10+ years of hands-on programming experience with Salesforce, including LWC and Apex 3+ years of experience implementing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform Extensive understanding of Salesforce best practices, architecture, design, and security model
