Partner Relations Advisor

A company is looking for a Partner Relations Advisor II to manage and build relationships with high-volume Sales Partners. Key Responsibilities Respond to requests from assigned Sales Partners and manage support queues Process sales orders, statement requests, and handle various partner-related issues Facilitate training for new and existing Sales Partners and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues Required Qualifications High school diploma At least three years of customer service experience in the financial services industry
